What is Qigong?

Qi Gong was a secret practice of ancient Asia for preventative healthcare. This practice was meant for those seeking longevity and overall good health. A great way to describe this practice is connecting YOU to your true SELF, so you can embody your own self mastery and enjoying being in the body and world you live in.

People often ask “How can you do Qi Gong everyday?" I say “How can I not”

Our body, "The system", loves to circulate energy which is why a little Qi movement everyday goes a long way. Qi is life force energy “Gong" is skill or work. Quite simply, it is tranquil movement.

In Traditional Chinese medicine and those that live by the Tao, Enhancing your qi is priority more than diet.

When you practice qigong, tai chi or Tao-yin you will feel and connect to universal Qi. Taoist practitioners have know this since ancient times. To strengthen, circulate and enhance your Qi.

Qi Gong is an ancient practice used for preventative health care.

The Art of Qi Gong combines breath, movement & meditation for an overall mind-body flow. It is sometimes referred to as similar to Tai Chi & Yoga in a mild form. This practice connects your body to nature allowing it to move naturally, building Qi (good energy) for health, lowers stress & helps heal mind-body 'e-motion' illness.

As part of my service to humanity. I am here to teach and share my knowledge of Qi Gong and other ancient wisdoms incorporating the magical known & unknown secrets of Qi in everyday life.

There are only two things you need to do.

  1. Practice, and
  2. Practice, that's it!!

The ancient Chinese practices were tai chi and qi gong (pronounced CHEE-gung) combine slow, deliberate movements, meditation, and breathing exercises.

The routines were designed help your circulation, balance, and alignment. They can also help restore your energy, called chi or qi (pronounced "chee").

The low-impact moving meditations include standing and balancing. Although qi gong and tai chi are excellent fitness activities for beginners and people with health conditions, elite athletes can also benefit from doing the slow movements, because everyone needs better balance and muscle control.

The postures flow together without pause, making qi gong and tai chi look like slow, graceful dances that keep your body in constant motion.

From around 40 years old & onwards, our body begins to feel less energetic and have more aches and pains. That is when we truely feel the effects of how the flow of Qi (chi) can release those aches and pains due to stagnant Qi.

Qi works slowly.
