Fees, payment and refund policy

As consideration for any purchase you make on the Websites, you shall pay Qi Health Australia all applicable fees and taxes. We (or our third-party payment processor) shall authorise your credit card, bank account, PayPal or other approved payment facility you provided during the registration process for the full payment of the fees and any applicable taxes, and you hereby consent to the same. All payments will be charged and made in Australian dollars.

You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing and credit card information. You must promptly update all billing information by emailing us at smile@qiha.com.au (such as billing address, card number, and expiration date) to keep your account current, complete, and accurate, and you must promptly contact us if your credit card is lost or stolen, or if you become aware of a potential breach of account security (such as an unauthorised disclosure or use of your Sign-In Name or Password). You hereby authorise Qi Health Australia to obtain or determine updated or replacement expiration dates for your credit card in the event that the credit card you provided us expires. We reserve the right to charge any renewal card issued to you to the same extent as the expired card. If payment is not received from your credit card issuer, you hereby agree to pay all amounts due upon demand. You agree to pay all costs of collection, including attorney’s fees and costs, on any outstanding balance. In certain instances, the issuer of your credit card may charge you a foreign transaction fee or related charges, which you will be responsible to pay. You are advised to check with your bank and credit card issuer for details.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds upon purchase of workshops, courses and classes. If you feel you have made a purchase in error we will evaluate on a case by case basis and come to an agreement on how best to move forward. We ask that you evaluate your financial situation before making a purchase with Qi Health Australia as we do not refund for lack of funds available and cannot be held liable for any personal financial situations on your part.

Intellectual Property

The intellectual property in the materials contained in this website are owned by or licensed to Qi Health Australia and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. We grant our users permission to download one copy of the materials for personal, non-commercial transitory use.

This constitutes the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions or the Terms of Service, and may be terminated by Qi Health Australia at any time.

Liability

Our website and the materials on our website are provided on an 'as is' basis. To the extent permitted by law, Qi Health Australia makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property, or other violation of rights.

In no event shall Qi Health Australia or its suppliers be liable for any consequential loss suffered or incurred by you or any third party arising from the use or inability to use this website or the materials on this website, even if Qi Health Australia or an authorised representative has been notified, orally or in writing, of the possibility of such damage.

In the context of this agreement, “consequential loss” includes any consequential loss, indirect loss, real or anticipated loss of profit, loss of benefit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, loss of savings, loss of reputation, loss of use and/or loss or corruption of data, whether under statute, contract, equity, tort (including negligence), indemnity or otherwise.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
